Don't lust over worldly things because they don't last. Lust over God because he is eternal.
I believe that this verse tells us to try not to focus too much on the things we "see" (attainable things). But to focus on the things that are eternal, which is our relationship to God.
What you see, will impress you for a short amount of time, but people will always be impressed with what is unknown
Don't only focus on worldly things because God is more important and will be there forever where as other things may not be there forever
